It was boring because there wasn't anything that stood out. In a great defensive game there should be great defensive plays, sack fumbles, pic sixes, hard hits etc. This was a sloppy football game in which both offenses didn't show up to play. Both defenses were ranked in the bottom 10 of the NFL come on now. lol if Pat's defense was so great then how did Mahomes shred them for 31 points in the 2nd half.

Let me start out by saying that I am a die-heart Patriots fan and has been for many years. Congratulations to Mr. Kraft, his sons and staff, Coach Belichick and the entire coaching staff and last but not least Tom Terrific and all the players, Defensive Teams(what and awesome job yesterday from start to finish), the Offensive Team and Special Team. These guys prove to all of us that there is no I in team and teamwork matters. Let me also congratulate the St. Louis Ram organization. We all thought they would roll over and die but they took the fight to the Pats until the fourth quarter when things got away from them. As a person who have been involved in sports as a participant and engage in some coaching a few things to bear in mind as we go forward: 1. Brady does like us to say it but he should call it quits when he is on top, focus on his beautiful family and seriously consider the next phase of his life. These defensive players protected him all season especially in the playoffs. This not sustainable. Many athletes have over-stayed their visit and the end result does not always turn out right. 2. Gronk and others who have took a pounding should also call it a day. 3. New Engenders and all those who support the pats over the years must accept the fact that the team will go through a phase when they do badly, but this is all part of the rebuilding phase. 4. Finally, having watch the Pats play, I have come to realize that we are enjoying a time when this will never happen again for a long time. A big thank you to the Patriots organization for such an enjoyable , entertaining and memorial run. Looking forward to the Duck boats on Tuesday. Thank you Pats and all the best for the future. All of us in New England and all over the country love and appreciate all you have done for us to prove that hard work and determination will eventually lead to success.

Great game. But the inexperience of McVay and Goff was the Achilles heel in the game. McVay I think got away from things cause of Belichek play calling which didn't help Goff at all. On other side Belichek and Brady just keept at it shifted things just slightly but kept at it. Experience was the X Factor in this one.

Also, in the AFCCG the chiefs defense failed to stop the Patriots on 3 3rd downs and long to get the ball in OT and have a shot to win, where as the Patriots defense held them scoreless the whole first half. Defense wins championships must I say more.

Joe Montana won half as many playoff games as Brady but somehow racked up nearly as many playoff losses. That's because in the years Montana didn't win a superbowl he often lost in the wild card or divisional rounds. Losing is losing, no doubt about it. There's no reward in a season for 2nd place. But when we compare legacies, we can take it into perspective. The idea that Montana was a greater quarterback because his team finished 10th a lot instead of 2nd is completely ridiculous.

@@DCimmerian not tenth but my point isnt that losing is losing. Its losing in the biggrst game. When as the goat the precedent shouldnt accept losing. Where else is that the case in the sports world for team games? I don't see it. Only football and recently basketball with LeBron but thats ridiculous. Superbowl losses should hurt. And to me they do but Brady has won so much that I wont deny his title. But it can be eclipsed only because of his losses. Regular playoff losses suck too but thats nothing like choking when it matters most and its funny this game expresses that like nothing else 4th quarter is the super bowl of every game if its one possession. Literally nothing else but that quarter will matter same as the path to the Superbowl
