This fight doesn't undersell Discord at all. We know for a fact that magic sealing/draining/nullification completey strips him of his power (Tirek, Chrysalis' Throne, Cozy's spell, The Betwitching Bell) And Wierdmageddon Bill can do *everything* Discord can do and more, including magic sealing which he used on Mabel. Bill is Discord's hard counter
