I am studying body language. Bill Clinton uses it so much. In the first 15 seconds he uses 6 different hand movements! Thats just his hands, look at how he moves his head to gain eye contact. He is the most charismatic person I know of. Just wow

From a Croatian perspective, remembering the Balkan war, just one thing: BILL CLINTON was your best president since JFK. That guy helped Croats, Muslims in Bosnia and Albanians in Kosovo enormously during the 90's. That guy kicks ass! America is not hated by all Muslims in the world, Balkan is the only place where Muslims love your country! Why? Cos' of Mr. BILL CLINTON. Massive respect for him!

It was obvious that Charlie Rose was describing Obama when he asked Bill if (Obama) intellect and Comprehension is more important than (Hillary) experience. Bill knew it right away too, that’s why he said partly. That’s why Rose is a great interviewer.

I wish you hadn't interrupted Mr.Clinton so much. He is a very good speaker and was trying to come to clear conclusions in what he meant, and only got half of it said before he was interrupted - time and again. Otherwise a pretty good interview snippet.

Charlie Rose always loved the sound of his own voice. I watched so many of his interviews, but don’t miss his program. Here he’s trying to play the Tim Russert game of “Gotcha!” He’s also uncomfortable with Bill Clinton, a vastly superior thinker.

@@thomaschacko6320 There’s another Bill Clinton interview Charlie Rose does back in 92 when he was running for president. There’s a couple moments where Bill is speaking and Charlie keeps chiming in, almost trying to speak for Bill and finish sentences for him, it’s so annoying! It’s like Charlie, you’re not as intelligent as Bill Clinton. 99.9% of the population isn’t, be quiet and actually LISTEN! Geeze lol

I Agree, there are a lot of qualified people running now a days. I think from what Ive been old enough to understand in my 28yrs is that Experience is not a necessary/key ingredient to hold the office of President. IE: GWB. Therefore a lot people nowadays understand that there are many strings pulling the show behind the curtain. So the question comes down too that of which candidate is the most pure, or has the fewest strings. -13

While there is great debate about the extent of human influence upon climate change both within the scientific community and among the population at large, there are very few (if any) scientists that deny the basic premise that climate change is real, and a vast majority agree that humans do have an impact.

bill clinton is very good at atriculating himself as a lawyer...i'm a conservative republican, but i think clinton was a good president....his approval rating was 90% when he left office he also had a hella lot of baggage....whitewater scandal, monica lewinski scandal, and he was sued for sexual harassment when he was governor of arkansas...but he's stil pretty good

Thanks for your comment. If Mr. Paul had his way it would be illegal. He has said so. Leaving it to the states to decide means the same as illegal in practical senses. Also, I agree that the middle class is being destroyed however I believe that has much more to do with the way jobs are created and CHANGED over time. I studied International Trade and worked in it for years and was an English teacher in several countries so I've seen lots of different systems.

The right vision is that the economy is a true agent of change, it doesn't require utilizing the citizens' money for the politicians' purposes, it doesn't involve reduced liberties and dubious bureaucracies. Let's drastically reduce government's responsibility for the day to day running of the economy.

@Nazgul001 I wasn't saying anything about whether or not communism was really the villainous thing it's portrayed as, nor was I saying anything about whether what happened in Russia was a huge atrocity or not. Rather, that the Soviet Union was falling apart from the inside out. This was probably partly due to the efforts of anti-communist nations, but the deal was sure as hell done before Reagan became president--it just took a little time to unfold.

Rhetoric! Bill we know what you're capable of, but it's kind of about Hillary this time around!! Obama is more capable of implementing change than Hillary because he's not afraid to meet you where you are; his articulance makes him a consensus builder thus an "agent for change." Obama 2008!!

You can't prove a negative. You can't say of Obama that he is not an agent of change because we havn't seen enough of him to know. Clinton was trying to make the point that Obama is the more gifted politician but Hillary would’ve been the better president.

@RenShiWu And Bill's disappointment with the scuttling of the Kyoto Treaty is rich considering that he committed to sign the thing and never did even after it spent three years sitting on his desk. Not as rich, though, as America meeting its carbon reduction targets and so many Kyoto signers failing to do so.
