Bill is suing because the woman was given an almost 4 million dollar settlement based on the testimony provided in exchange for immunity. This lady took pills that were handed to her. He didn't slip anything in her drink. She was allegedly assaulted in April of 2004. Sge continued to see him. She introduced him to her parents in August of that year and then filed charges in January of the next year after their relationship ended. This particular case sounds like a side relationship that ended and once access to funds was gone, she sued. She never filed criminal charges and wasn't supposed to talk about this case publicly due to the settlement. I think Bill is suing for that settlement money because if he was going to be charged, he would've never spoken that freely in the deposition.
