Americans are using 300GJ/yr per capita, every solar panel (250W std) counts by 1GJe, so if we all had 300 solar panels and replace them every 20 years, then we could say we are carbon free, obviously not practical and requires a great deal of land use for every citizen. Or we could go nuclear and use 1000 times less land and have energy 24/365, but we need a 1000 1GWe equiv reactors to power the US without fossil energy.

In order to 'sell' the idea of say 'exporting' TerraPower technology outside of U.S. into a temperate country with some potentials in wind renewables but limited in land mass, how would you quote $/W (dollar per watt) cost-benefit comparison between these 2 options below : • Base Load - take example of Wyoming $/W estimates kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3LKgnVmgc6lgKssi=WgEJ-5EsFPDSArL3 • Renewables - take example of Maine (off NY coast) $/W estimates kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2nQpqWNrqZ3nq8si=vqbVwrZOzd_hw5xV

Bill Gates’ talks are like the ultimate TL;DR. He manages to pack so much information into just a few sentences, turning big, complicated topics into something anyone can understand. It's like he’s taken all the heavy stuff and simplified it without losing any of the real meaning-just straight, clear, and relatable insights.

Why can't people just stop eating so much meat and have basic family planning healthcare? This is not that hard. Plus I want my money. This is not difficult.
