The only passage I know of which tells how to be filled is in Eph 3: Filled unto all the fullness of God. Read it: Intercessory prayer by a 3rd party! (Paul for the Ephesians) => Father grants according to the wealth of His glory => that the recipients are to be strengthened with power by the Holy Spirit n the inner man => that by FAITH => Christ dwells in the heart of the Christian [not pushed to the periphery] => rooted & grounded in love => stong to apprehend the 4 dimensions of Christ's love, knowing the love of Christ => filled unto all the fullness of God. The only active thing I see in the passage on the Christian's part is FAITH. Now why will we add a bunch of stuff to this? Does it say to confess all your sins first??? I don't see that. Does it say to fast, I don't see that. Does it say to beat yourself with cords first? Where on earth is that?
