Both him and Fred have always amazed me with their extensive knowledge and taste of SO MANY great shows, movies, bands, songs, actors, comedy, you name it. One of the things I remember about the fabulous Vincent Price from my childhood, in the late 50s, & 60s, is that he appeared in the Sears and Robuck catalogs, Christmas issues, promoting this weird ribbon like hard candy. I say etc but to begin with there really wasn’t much else to choose from in new, hip pop/rock music. Precisely because the Beatles had made so much other stuff seem uncool and old hat by compare.
