that's a very bad play by Julie because it seems like she didn't really know what she's doing there. The only hand she could get value from is Qs and it's very unlikely somebody would call with Qs because of her image. So her bet targets absolutely nothing and only got called by a much bigger hand ( like straight, QK or a full house ) . If she really put Bill on 9Q then she definitely had to shove in order to get him out of the small straight, but instead she only bet the 75% of the pot and give Bill a great odd to call with. If she wanted to make a block bet then make it like 6k and then fold when got shoved.

Im bet folding all day long on this flop against a tight reg like Kline... best case scenario he has AK and your drawing to the same straight which btw i think bill only raises like 2% of the time. Your essentially dead to either a chop or a 2 outer (if bill has the cahones to raise two pair here which i don't think he is good enough to do) or runner/runner like 70% of the time which in this case gives you in the region of 0.5% equity. Terrible play on the river too with the blocker bet. You beat next to nothing and you're NEVER getting called by worse
