The National Treasury Employees Union sued the Trump administration over this, but I can’t find where that suit ended up. Ah, Bill Kristol, one of the architects of the modern Republican party. He built this mess, now the monster is loose and they can't control it. I think someone wrote a book about this once and many horror movies have been made from it. It's "nice" that he and Liz Cheney understand what's happening and are trying to thwart it but they are vile people and shouldn't be getting any accolades for their effort until they admit it's their fault.

We all talk about what Trump says constantly and who Trump keeps saying he admires concerning other world despots; there is no question Trump is pointing to and stating plans he intends to put in place to gain executive office control in U.S. government. One thing we need to promote is what exactly has happened when these dictators took over as to step by step deterioration of the rights of regular citizens and changes to the rule of law.

A "traditional" democrat would've been railing against the absurd min wages: $7.25 and $2.13 a hour.

@@terriem3922 Incredible, and ridiculous. Most don't know, employer is by law, supposed to bring that up to $7.25, if tips don't bring it to that. Tipped wage, teenager 90 day wage needs to be eliminated. If they can't afford to pay staff, it's a failed business model.

If the federal minimum wage had been linked to the cost of living, it would be between $20 and $30 an hour by now. During his campaign, "Genocide Joe" promised to see it raised to $15 an hour, a promise he quickly forgot as soon as he was elected.
