Beautiful composition. A favorite melody that sticks in my head easily. Great flugelhorn solo too 👏🏻

This whole album (Flint) is the largest collection of brilliant music I've heard in a long time. A great collection of soundscapes that run from stark to perfectly cluttered. I cannot express how wonderful it is to hear these pieces especially as performed with the Puppy folks. Their high level of play. takes this album and the listener somewhere that feels completely new. Thank you, thank you.

The entire ensemble of Snarky Puppy 20-25 musicians are at the forefront of fusion and I just love the diversity of what they all do.

Music that makes you pull to the side of road while driving, close your eyes, imagining what it would be like to be at a warless earth, while you take everything in. A masterpiece!!

Man, I'm a huge fan of all of you Snarky Puppy's music and I just can;t shake the feeling that your music could do wonders as either a movie soundtrack or video game soundtrack. But like, a good video game.

The piano around 0:33 sounds a lot like Stars Race Across the Sky by Joe Satriani, which was released about a year after this - wonder if he drew inspiration from this song. Both great songs!

This reminds me so much of "Islands" by King Crimson (this is for me a good thing :) ). The tempo, the strings, the solo, the sloppy hi-hats. This is a tad funkier though. This is a lovely thing (so is "Islands").

Mike Hawk I JUST came back from a performance from Bill Laurance, Robert Searight and Michael League. They played in a venue in Tilburg. They were great, and I actually got a ticket for 5€ (School discount for the win!) . They mainly played songs from the new album, Swift, but also this track. It was truly beautiful. They were accompanied by 2 violists, 1 cellist and a French horn.

It's funny, I had a scene where I was recounting my stay at hostel next to a beach during a rainy, gloomy day! I can just picture myself looking out the window of the hostel and see waves rolling in the beach under the grey skies, the warmness of the fireplace inside the room. I guess music brings out different things to people's minds!
