His father was to get paid. He didn't want to have anything to do with this son, until now. Neely was mentally ill, but was also a threat to public safety. In this case, Neely was threatening the train riders that day. Penny and others stepped up and stopped the threat. Unfortunately, Neely died. But it was self defense 100%. But the race hustlers will try to stay in the news and stay relevant as long as they can.

I feel this mentally ill young man should have been helped by his parents. They knew his situation and should have done all they could to get him into a facility to get him some help. They did nothing from where I'm standing.They have no case to bring. His fate fell clearly on the parents.
