Cool that was my uncleHorace in the red hat and my brother Mike beside him. My uncle ate there almost everyday because my uncles owned the gas station behind the HO HO

I've seen your uncle at some of the banquets I used to go to working for Wing Wah Co. back in the 70's and 80''s . :)

That's some legitimate Vancouver history right there - both the Ho Ho as well as "Zig Zag". What a trip to see some early clips from the series and its roster of local TV personalities! I can remember seeing a broadcast of "The Supreme Kid" on CKVU in the early 1980s, and beyond thinking it was quite a fun little movie it was a chuckle to see yourself, Terry David Mulligan, and other recognizable faces among the cast.
