Well said John about Bill Scott "being the beating heart of the Philadelphia art community." I cannot agree more. Scott's watercolors and paintings are extremely layered but not to be obscure or difficult to decipher, on the contrary they are very accessible and immediately give pleasure to the viewer.

I'm used to seeing Bill's color work, which is a spectacular celebration of color. However, his monochrome etchings blew me away, really wonderful compositions and a great use of line. All his work is a joy to view. Thanks for sharing, John.
