Duke's Brown was one who did the "dirty play." He backed-out, undercutting Dickinson. Hunter could've been hurt. Brown lucky a slight kick in face is all he got. He could've ended HD's Season

They(Duke) were playing dirty all game defensively. Ripping, grabbing, preventing freedom of movement etc. The refs let Duke make the game ugly and turn a bit too physical resulting in what happened eventually. Players getting sick of the contact

Duke is talented. I question 2 things tho that has me having Duke as a #3Seed at best? 1. Young team. Those ACC TRUE Road Gms will be EXTREMELY rough for Duke imo. 2. Not much interior scoring or guys who can post up to get High% 2pointers. Hence Duke will have rely too much on outside Jumpers.

Imo? Duke should be concerned for the Reason KU's #1 impact player was out last 10mins of the game, and STILL lost! Preseason 1st Team All American Center Hunter Dickinson. Duke STILL lost even tho they had the paint/lane cleared out the last 10mins

duke was only down 2 points when dickinson went out. plus duke was on a run at that point to cut it to 2.

Duke does look like they have potential to be very good, but my concern for Duke? They don't play much Half-Court Offense. Meaning setting up plays to "kick it in" to a Bigman interior High% shots. Duke perimeter players aren't gonna shoot good fr outside every night. Imo? Duke could go on scoring droughts if jumpers aren't falling. Teams will start doubling up Flagg anytime he attacks paint. Duke 2024-25? Gonna have rely on outside shooting more than any Duke team in past. That's not a good thing. We shall see. Duke is very talented and decently deep. But? Jumpers don't fall every night.
