Nope, Van Damme's kicking technics is much more cut n clear and agile. Especially splits and jumping kicks. Helicopter kick is never ever can be simulated by anyone. Hundred per cent sure!

All the stuff Wallace teaches only works if you are exceptionally flexible imo. Having said that, he did have great hands too.

​@@quanxiluverrbecause he got a torn right knee before he ever started kickboxing during the judo practice. if you watch some videos where he explains his style -- he perfected 3 pucnhes and 3 kicks and he personally doesn't need anything more

There is a saying attributed to Kiokushin founder "i'd rather beware the one who trained single punch thousand times than one who trained thousand punches once". Find what works for you and perfect it. It is called "being focused". His combinations were rather simple, but he was stable, cautious and lightning fast.

@@quanxiluverr He was injured a couple of years in his right knee and was unable to used it. I have the pleasure to train with this great champion when he came to France, my trainer was Dominique Valera but i think that you even doesn't know who this man is.
