Thank you for sharing. May I ask how you are keeping track of the amounts you deposited into your bank account for each sinking fund? I assume that that needs to be done. I’m new and just started last month so I’m still trying to figure everything out. Your videos have helped me so much!!

For the time being, my prop bills are keeping that amount tallied for me. All of that cash has its own savings account while I figure out if I’m happy with it. If you want a savings account that can help keep it all divided, I’ve heard SoFi has “vaults” within the account that you can dedicate to each category.

Yeah, it was crazy. I’ve been just fine with not linking my actual bank account to it, though. I use it pretty minimally, but haven’t had an issue with it being just my debit card.
