My 100% Honest Review of Rich Minion: Ever since I saw the title, I knew right away I had to listen to it. I had sky high expectations, but when I actually listened to the song, it didn't meet them. Instead, it went miles past them. Before this song, I always considered myself more of a singer than a gentleminion. But after listening to this masterpiece, I became more of a gentleminion for life. Both of them are still cooler than easter bunnies. Not only does Rich Minion have beautiful production and angelic vocals, but the lyrics are quite possibly the greatest piece of literature I know about. Let's start with "I made a song for the Minions." Before that line, I thought this song was for Shrek. But then it was made clear it's actually for the Minions. Thank you Yeat for making me clear what the point of this song is. Then there's "How much they paid me? A million. I shop and then donate to charity." This guy proves that instead of spending his money selfishly, he acts responsible and donates it to charity. Man Yeat, you're such a wonderful person. You continue making the world a better place. Don't forget "Yeah, I don't like Vector." As we all know, Vector is probably the most powerful and evil villain in history. He makes all other villains look lame. So when Yeat goes out of his way to shit on him, you know he isn't fucking around. What's next, is he gonna diss tiny toilet? It's safe to say that Rich Minion isn't just the Best Of The Week, or the BEST OF THE WEEK, or the BEST OF THE MONTH, or the BEST OF THE DECADE, or the BEST OF THE CENTURY, or the BEST OF THE MILLENIUM, but also the BEST OF ALL TIME. Some of the songs that are widely considered some of the greatest songs ever made are stuff like Bohemian Rhapsody, Smells Like Team Spirit, Imagine, Sweet Child O' Mine, and Mr. Blobby. Trust me, these songs are all horrible compared to Rich Minion. It's so depressing that this piece of art only debuted at number ninety-nine instead of number one when this is so cleary better than any song that charted this year. Glimpse of Us and Running Up Thar Hill are all virgin songs while Rich Minion is a Chad song. I heard some people call Seventeen Going Under an incredibly robbed song. But the thing is that Rich Minion makes Seventeen Going Under look like a Walker Hayes and 6ix9ine collaboration from the Music soundtrack in comparison. Fuck off I Ain't Worried and So Good, Rich Minion is the song currently charting right now I'm rooting for most. We need this to become bigger. We need more streams, more people buying it, and we need it played at McDonald's and Walmart. Overall, I give this song a 473926661819r4747/10. Would recommend.

I wanna give you a hearty thank you for sticking to your morals and convictions when it comes to Sia. I haven’t seen the movie, but from what I’ve heard from reviews, plus her behavior in interviews and on social media (plus her weird and suspicious behavior concerning Maddie Ziegler, but that’s a whole other can of worms), yeah there comes a point when someone crosses the line and it’s unforgivable. With all the youtubers and tiktokers and influencers willing to look the other way when it comes to a celeb’s behavior if they can benefit from that celeb in some way, I’m so happy you’re one of the few who values integrity over a quick buck or following the crowd.

This was by far the easiest BOTW to predict. Master Of Puppets entering the hot 100 in a timeline for music as painfully lackluster as the one we're living in now, is a goddamn miracle. I cannot stress that enough. It's like if Beethoven somehow suddenly got his hearing back. Much like Running Up That Hill, it made for a scene in the show that I will never forget anytime soon, but UNLIKE Running Up That Hill, I have known this song for plenty of years already since my mom got me into Metallica right before I started middle school. It doesn't get 100x better in context of the show like the Max and Vecna scene, but seeing this on the hot 100 makes me incredibly happy. And it only took 36 years lmao.

a couple thoughts: I'm glad you were as surprised at how good Son of a Sinner was as I am, between the production, the content and Jelly Roll's voice, it legit reminds me of a Jason Isbell song. Also while that Luke Bryan song seems generic on the surface, I want to highlight a lyric that pisses me off: "Hey fireman, boys and girls in blue We could sure use a lot more like you You come runnin' in anytime, anything goes wrong" I don't know when that was written, but it feels like incredibly bad optics to release that when one of the stories dominating the headlines for a solid month is a case of police NOT running in when something went horribly wrong. Just really bad timing and it rubs me the wrong way.

This was a really cool week! I love when there's a big variety of new arrivals that hit the chart and we really got songs from every genre this week; it was a real treat! Jelly Roll's stage name doesn't do that song the justice it deserves; I thought that song was really good too. Sadly, that new Cardi B song is extremely disappointing to me, especially after her last two big single releases which I thought were very provocative and fun. I completely agree that whoever is in charge of her album rollout needs to be replaced because this one single a year method they've been following since 2020 is a disaster.

Beyoncé and DAVE lunged forward at the same time, their bats colliding with eachother. They were evenly matched, as neither could land a single blow on the opponent's body. Then, DAVE jumped up, attempting to hit Beyoncé in the head. Beyoncé dodged it easily and DAVE's bat hit the ground and shattered into pieces, two of which landed near Beyoncé's feet. "Really? You got me twisted if you think I wouldn't dodge a blow that easy to predict", Beyoncé snarked at DAVE. She then noticed the two sharp pieces of DAVE's bat near her feet. She quickly picked them up and threw them at DAVE. The shards pierced DAVE's palms. "And now your hands are useless", Beyoncé continued. Beyoncé then lunged forward, preparing to knock DAVE off the edge of the canyon. Beyoncé swung her bat... ...but DAVE grabbed the bat with both hands. Beyoncé pushed DAVE all the way to the edge with all her strength. "YOUR TENACITY IS...MEMORABLE", DAVE replied. "BUT IT WILL NOT CHANGE THE INEVITABLE OUTCOME. TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT YOUR WEAPON." Beyoncé noticed that DAVE's blood, which was coming from DAVE's palms, had crystallized around Beyoncé's bat. "What are you doing?", Beyoncé asked with great shock in her voice. "DISARMAMENT", DAVE replied, as the crystallized blood suddenly exploded, destroying Beyoncé's bat. Immediately after, DAVE punched Beyoncé in the abdomen. The punch caused Beyoncé to exhale, but before she could breathe in, DAVE grabbed her throat and held her over the canyon's edge. "THE SHARDS YOU USED TO PIERCE MY HANDS HAVE SEALED THE WOUNDS. MY BLOOD COULD EASILY TURN YOUR WINDPIPE INTO GLASS. DO NOT MISTAKE THIS FOR MERCY", DAVE spoke. Beyoncé couldn't respond, since her throat was under DAVE's grip. "I HAVE FOUR DIFFERENT METHODS OF DELETING YOU FROM EXISTENCE. ONE, I RELEASE MY GRIP AND YOU FALL DOWN THIS CLIFF TO YOUR END. TWO, I WILL CRUSH YOUR WINDPIPE. THREE, I WILL SUMMON ANOTHER SHARD FROM MY DESTROYED 'BAT' AND USE IT TO SURGICALLY REMOVE YOUR INNER ORGANS. FOUR-" "HEY, F**KFACE! DON'T THINK I'VE FORGOTTEN YOU DESTROYING OUR BOMBS!", Chris Brown shouted, as he and Lil Durk lunged at DAVE. DAVE's head turned around. "SILENCE, YOU INTERRUPTER", replied DAVE. DAVE's eyes suddenly started glowing. A flash happened. Both Chris and Durk were turned into glass statues. DAVE's attention turned back at Beyoncé, who was starting to lose consciousness. "THE FOURTH METHOD IS WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO THE INTERRUPTERS." DAVE grabbed Bey's hand. "CHOOSE YOUR END WITH YOUR FINGERS." Suddenly, an arrow flied through the air at DAVE's head...who grabbed it effortlessly. "THE SAME METHOD OF ATTACK DOES NOT WORK TO ME MORE THAN ONE TIME, HUMAN CALLED 'KATE'", DAVE spoke. The arrow emitted strange, high-pitched noise. "BARK! BARK!" Kate's hound, angry at DAVE for injuring his fellow hound, had followed the arrow's sound, dived forward at DAVE. DAVE turned the arrow around and jabbed it forward. Kate's hound managed to dodge it by flying up, but the arrow still grazed his stomach, wounding him. The hound fell to his backside, bleeding. "NO MORE DISTRACTIONS. THE TIME-" "IS THICC-THIRTY!!!", shouted Lizzo, who then proceeded to tackle DAVE with her hips with such force, that DAVE was knocked down the canyon's cliff. Lizzo managed to catch Beyoncé before she could've fallen down the cliff as well. Lizzo pulled her up. "Bey, you okay?", asked Lizzo, worryingly. Beyoncé gasped for air in great pain. "Okay, you're breathing, that's good", Lizzo responded. In the distance, Kate rode at the cliff with Future's horse, as she noticed her hound. "MY HOUND!", Kate shouted, as she ran to the hound's side to tend the wounds. "Oh heavens no, you've lost a lot of blood! Does anybody know how to stop the bleeding?! ANYONE?! MY HOUND IS DYING, I NEED HELP!!!", Kate shouted in great fear. "I can help you!", Lizzo replied. Lizzo carefully rested Beyoncé's head and ran to Kate, where she took out her flute and began to play a soothing tune: (It's the Song of Healing from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, dear readers: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqbdcmmZlLeWgac) "The bleeding...it stopped! Thank you!", Kate said, as she hugged Lizzo. The hound whimpered in pain, though. "Shhh, rest, my beloved hound. You and your friend are both going to be just all right", Kate talked to her hound with a calming tone. "It's over. It's finally over", Lizzo said. "IT IS OVER FOR YOU." Lizzo and Kate turned their heads at the cliff, where they saw DAVE floating over the canyon's edge. "YOUR RELIANCE ON GRAVITY AND YOUR GLUTEUS MAXIMUS HAS FAILED YOU. I WILL NO LONGER WASTE TIME ON THE GROUND. THE CREATION OF THE NEW WORLD IS NIGH. I WILL NOT BE DISTRACTED BY THOSE WHO ARE CHAINED BY GRAVITY ANYMORE. PRAY FOR A PAINLESS END FROM YOUR RESPECTIVE DEITIES." (Soundtrack for the readers: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eKGai6mhZdKDobs) DAVE flew up to the sky. Immediately afterwards, the wormholes began to converge. Violent earthquakes and massive windstorms occurred, as the wormholes merged into one giant tear, like a weed whacker ripping away the fabric of time and space itself. Suddenly, six people fell from the giant tear. "KIRK, WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?!" "I DON'T KNOW, LARS!" "KIRK, WHEN I ASKED YOU SHRED SO HARD THAT REALITY ITSELF WOULD SHATTER, I DIDN'T MEAN IT LITERALLY-AH!" "OH SCREW YOU, JAMES!" "HEY, WHO'S THAT CHICK WITH HER HAIR COVERING HER EYES?!" "HOW THE HELL SHOULD I KNOW, CLIFF?! WE'RE LITERALLY ABOUT TO FALL TO OUR GODDAMN DEATHS!" "HEY WAIT GUYS, THERE'S A LAKE DOWN THERE! WE SHOULD TRY TO FALL AT IT!", shouted Hammett. "WHAT IF IT'S TOO SHALLOW?!", asked Newsted. "'what if it's too shallow', QUIT BEING A PUSSY, JASON! EVERYBODY AIM TO THE LAKE NOW-AH!", Hetfield commanded. The five men fell to lake. Fortunately, the lake was deep enough for them. Afterwards, they swam to the nearest beach and rested. "Hey, did that chick survive?", asked Burton. "I don't know, Cliff. And I don't really care-ah", replied Hetfield. In the distance, Sia stood up as she realized that she survived the fall. "I'M STILL ALIVE! WOO-HOO! I'M INVINCIBLE!!!", shouted Sia. Then she looked down to the ground and noticed that her fall was cushioned by two young women, who were unfortunately crushed by her weight. "B-becky..." "K-karol..." Both G's, Becky and Karol, fell silent. Sia stood next to them, awkwardly. "Oops." Sia ran away.

Even though Master of Puppets is an amazing song and Stranger Things gave it so much traction. I'm still surprised to see it chart and I'm so happy it has. On the production side of thing. Your cameras auto-focus was all kind of messed up this week. Hopefully can get that fixed. It was a little distracting. The more I’ve sat with it, the more I’m very happy about damn time is becoming a big hit. Lizzo is way too much of a force of personality to be just a fad in 2019. Plus it might be my favorite song she’s charted that isn’t Juice. Still weird to remember that Mamii was a thing. Big smash debut in the top 20 and then just kinda lingered. I like it but it’s still weird how kinda nothing it’s moment was. I legit had to double check that Bones has actually been on the charts for 8 weeks so far. I cannot remember this song being on here that long beyond the week it first charted. Snuck up on me. Botw: Master of Puppets. (I’m not a metal head or a ST fan, but I have to respect this charting for that. What’d be funnier is if it stuck around and became a hit. That’d be cool.) HM: Son of a Sinner. Wotw: Hot Shit (by far the worst way to promote this album that has already been promoted like absolute ass) DM: Unstoppable (I know nothing of this situation and frankly I don’t want to. To be fair, most of the music then to now had been very mid, but I was hoping "Skyline" would get some traction as a nice summer song. I guess that's not happening [but the summer isn't over yet, so I could be wrong]. j-hope had the best track this week. "More" is giving off a Linkin Park vibe to me, and that's always good! I'm not trying to write off Sia, but let's be blunt, both of her major label albums are mediocre and outside of solid singles, they've aged haphazardly. So even if I want a comeback beyond the controversies, I wouldn't want an overproduced diaster trying to make Confident by way of Behind These Hazel Eyes, except not as great as those two. I don't have high hopes it would be a hit, but in 2022, you never know 😑

BOTW (All Caps): Son Of A Sinner. YES! IT ACTUALLY CHARTED!!!!!!! Son Of A Sinner is an absolutely fantastic song. The production is really good, the vocals are beautiful, and the lyrics are great. Billboard, I may have had some problems with you, but charting this awesome song is an absolute W. HM (Tie): Numb. An absolute vibe. Marshmello's production is relaxing and unobtrusive, Khalid is his vibey self, and the lyrics are fun. I missed you so much, Khalid! 🥰🥰🥰 HM (Tie): Master Of Puppets. So this is that Master Of Puppets song you all were raving about. Yeah, it’s pretty good. The production is energetic, the vocals are fun, and the lyrics are decent. Not bad. HM (Tie): Wishful Drinking. Very cool song. The production is nice, Ingrid Andress has a lovely voice, the lyrics are good, and even Sam Hunt manages to turn in a good performance. And any song that gets a good performance out of Sam Fricking Hunt is doing something right! HM (Tie) Unstoppable. I will never forgive Sia for that abomination of a directorial debut, but the lady does have some solid songs under her belt, and Unstoppable is one of them. The production is catchy, Sia is charismatic, and the lyrics are really motivational. Solid song Sia. But still, screw you. HM (Tie): More. This is really cool. The production is enjoyably bizarre, j-hope gives a fun performance, and the lyrics are interesting. Really cool song all around. HM (Tie) Bad Habit. This is right up my alley. Vibey production, breezy vocals, and awesome lyrics. Definitely checking out more of Steve Lacy’s stuff. ?: Rich Minion. On the one hand, this is one of Yeat’s better songs, and it’s attached to the Minions, which are awesome. On the other hand, it’s still a Yeat song, meaning the production is sludgy and generic, Yeat sounds boring and droning, and the lyrics barely exist. How do people like this guy again? DM: Country On. Boy, this generic Luke Bryan song sure does exist doesn’t it? WOTW Tie: Good Love and Hot Shit. Good Love is another ugly piece of garbage from the City Hacks. I'll give it that they've made worse songs, and Usher does do an alright job, but the City Girls suck as always, and the beat, despite having a hint of a groove, is still ugly and synthetic. City Girls suck and the sooner they go away the better. As for Hot Shit, the production just sucks, and while Kanye and Lil Durk are actually not bad, Cardi B is HORRENDOUS! The reason I listed both of these songs as WOTW is because they both have individual good events ruined by their overall suckiness. Screw both of these songs, and let's hope they don't stick Overall, this was an awesome week. A ton of great songs charted both that I heard and that I have not heard. Hopefully, Billboard keeps this kind of stuff up!

Despite I only liked her EDM collabs and even LSD, I'm not a fan of her back then before. The reason that why I lost my patience and interest is because of the movie, which is "The Music". As an austistic person who was diagnosed with ADHD, the movie affects me. She controlled Maddie Ziegler for many reasons. This movie is unacceptable for me. I have a question. How the fuck "Unstoppable" hit the charts below top 50 even though it was released in January 2016? It should be ineligible, right?
@jeremyusreevu237
@jeremyusreevu237 2 жыл бұрын
That's not how Billboard works. Plenty of songs from previous years have charted. For example, Thinking With My Dick by Kevin Gates charted recently, and that song was released in 2013. Yes, most of the charts are filled with songs made this year, but sometimes a song from an older year that didn't chart can chart in a future year, because it gained popularity for some reason.
@infsai
@infsai 2 жыл бұрын
@@jeremyusreevu237 but I thought it must be popular enough to chart, I mean "Runaway" by Aurora didn't chart on hot 100, it spent few weeks on the top of bubbling under chart v:
@deltacat27
@deltacat27 2 жыл бұрын
Basically if a song charts on the hot 100 at all, after 2 years pass (I think) it won't be able to re-enter below 50, even if it made less than 20 weeks. Unstoppable never charted before this week though so it can debut below 50.
@megalodonmf4520
@megalodonmf4520 2 жыл бұрын
Songs older than 2 years are uneligible to chart below top 50 UNLESS: - They have received an official radio push (case for Unstoppable) - They were re-released i.e. got a new ISRC code dated from less than 2 years ago (someone mentioned the Kevin Gates song, well that reason is why Big Gangsta charted last year)

1) Since "As It Was" is losing momentum, I wouldn't be surprised if "About Damn Time" took over the #1 spot within a week or two. I hope that "Running Up That Hill" has enough momentum to make it to #3. I don't see it making to #2, let alone #1. I hope I'm wrong! 🤞 2) I had no idea that Sia's "Unforgettable" was as old as it was. It predates the initial production of Music! Even if I wasn't completely burned out by her for making that offensive movie, the song itself is really annoying. It doesn't help that the song is currently being featured in commercials! 😒 3) Watching a clip of Stranger Things got me to (fully) listen to the studio version of "Master of Puppets" for the first time recently! 🤓

Okay, wow, I don't normally comment here every week, but this was interesting! An old Sia song and an old Metallica song. Both of which I dislike. The Sia one's clearly self-explanatory, since I am autistic myself, so let me explain my issue with Metallica. I do like 'em. I just don't quite love ALL their stuff. But what I hate about the title track from 'Master of Puppets,' other than that it's a painfully obvious pick, is that those drums are just too fast for my tastes. Luckily, that and "Battery" are the only hyper-thrash cuts because the rest of it is quite awesome! Why the music director didn't pick the Lovecraft-inspired "The Thing That Should Not Be" for ST4 is beyond me! It's thematically more supernatural than MOP, and it fucking grinds! Definitely my fave from the album, not the title track.
