Alright, nice! 50% of the way through the decade so far (50.9% according to Billboard's tracking window I guess) but this is great to see today! 2019: 1. Circles 2020: 1. Blinding Lights 2. Mood 3. The Box 4. Rockstar 5. Don't Start Now 6. I Hope 7. Go Crazy 8. Laugh Now Cry Later 9. Life Is Good 10. Positions 11. Say So 12. Dynamite 13. What's Poppin' 14. WAP 15. Savage 2021: 1. Stay 2. Levitating 3. Save Your Tears 4. Bad Habits 5. Good 4 U 6. Easy On Me 7. Kiss Me More 8. Industry Baby 9. Leave The Door Open 10. Driver's License 11. Butter 12. Montero (Call Me By Your Name) 13. Shivers 14. Peaches 2022: 1. As It Was 2. Heat Waves 3. Anti-Hero 4. Creepin' 5. About Damn Time 6. First Class 7. Wait For U 8. Bad Habit 9. Unholy 10. You Proof 11. Super Gremlin 2023: 1. Last Night 2. Flowers 3. Cruel Summer 4. Kill Bill 5. Fast Car 6. Snooze 7. Lovin' On Me 8. I Remember Everything 9. Calm Down 10. Paint The Town Red 11. Die For You 2024: 1. A Bar Song (Tipsy) 2. Lose Control 3. I Had Some Help 4. Beautiful Things 5. Espresso 6. Not Like Us 7. Too Sweet 8. Birds Of A Feather What in the heck happened with the 2022 songs and late 2021 songs? I think I remember they were weighted with less points and now they seem to be back where they started. Resulting in As It Was breaking into #3 and Easy On Me rising past Kiss Me More. Not complaining at all though, I just didn't think it would be adjusted back!

Yeah, Billboard released a Halloween-themed list back in October from which a multiplier of x0.70 was deduced for 2022's tracking period (Nov 20, 2021 - Nov 12, 2022). Thus, it's only 2023 and 2024 who are under a multiplier of x0.65 now.

@@Neogale So they deducted points for 2022 by lowering the multiplier, and now it appears stronger cause 2023 and 2024 have a lower multiplier? Or is there something I misunderstood?

@@jadenthemusicfreak Initially, we used to think all three of the last years were sharing a single multiplier of x0.70. However, Billboard has been releasing different types of lists that hinted at this not being the case. We went from all three of them down at x0.65, to right around Halloween to 2022 being up back again at x0.70 but not 2023 and 2024.That's where we're at currently.

@@Neogale Ohh that makes a bit more sense. They definitely needed to fix that, I would say.

Oh God... Not Like Us by Kendrick Lamar is sandwiched between 2 Drake songs lol. Let's hope it can still gain enough points in 2025 to rise up and escape that territory.

I don't understand why sometimes antihero has more points than bad habits and in the next video is in a lower position?
@NeogaleКүн бұрын
Apparently, Billboard hasn't decided about what multipliers should be applied to 2022-onwards. As a result, 2022 songs have been going up and down in positions, specially when there's not much of a difference between them.

Which songs are locked for the list on this video?

My prediction is around 50, so everything above Positions. However, it is not know if Billboard will allow Christmas Music to be appear on the Decade-End list. I'm currently omitting them, but otherwise at around Life Is Good? I'm not sure as christmas songs just don't stop gaining points.
