It pronounced like e-low-me-low. It's a game Billie used to play where two little characters try to find each other. That's it. Finding each other is the only goal of the game. She recorded Ocean eyes at 13 and filmed the video at 14. It was made for her dance teacher to choreograph a dance number. She was a dancer but had to stop because she kept getting injured.
