Pre cover it almost impossible to full solo a song using a guitar only since it is limited to certain tones . Piano is the only instrument that has a wide range of tone .

I like how ppl say this isn’t just practice and undermine practice. Like yea there is talent where people can be born with a better ear than others and fingers that are longer than others but trust me, I’ve seen people achieve this level with the shortest fingers people who are amazing at music that started with a basically tone deaf ear. Practice is training in every aspect, I used to think this stuff was impossible but it’s not, after attempting and practicing everyday I’ve got to a point where I think “hmm maybe I can reach that now”, and I try and I do it. Please don’t make excuses as in high IQ or skills all those things can be obtained if one disclipnes themselves and trains. Practice is everything don’t undermine it.
