I went to go see it and got to talk to Billie Armstrong he was awesome. He was a little nervous but he also wanted to make everyone laugh and plus he is reading a script on the camera that he is looking at. and I love it when he American Idiot was birthed or born and then it sounds like he says F it if you will in that. I was lmao

Not really. By high award show standards, the Tonys probably the least formal in structure compared to their other award show counterparts (Oscars, Emmys, etc.). Most people there don't put too much pressure/clout on the awards themselves; they're just there to celebrate the theatre season and have a good time. And many of the speeches/introductions of the Tonys are absolutely _legendary_ for that very reason! 😂

It doesnt really matter if your a good singer when it comes to punk as well. Its all about what comes from your heart and fuck whatever anyone else thinks. It obvously helps if you can sing but you dont be a punk to play massive shows or to have loads of money. Honestly expressing yourself is the answer.
