Firebase I need help, while trying to make a billing profile I encountered this error: There was an issue processing your payment settings. This may be temporary or could indicate a problem with your billing account. If this problem persists, please contact our Support team. This action couldn't be completed. Try again later. [OR-OCTA-15] I couldn't contact the support team because I need to be an administrator for a billing profile which I couldn't create.

As long as there is no option to cap billing, I will use services with more predictable pricing. Not giving us control over billing because the big bill may be because of growth is just a bad argument. Let us have warnings + billing cap. Thanks!

Try azure then, that as budgets and price caps and warnings. Whilst firebase is lovely it's not as mature as azure (or aws)

Love Firebase but not having a cap makes me anxious. Please add a cap and let us have a peace of mind. I wan't to be able to go on vacation and not have to check emails to be sure Firebase won't burn all my $$$.

Would love to use firebase for my first app... But sorry... Pricing is too complicated and too unpredictable. It speaks volumes, that you need a "calculator" at all...

I loved Firebase in the past and used paid plan for 25$/mo. When they decided to move the plans to "Pay-as-you-go", definitively most of developers like me decided to move to other platforms like Supabase and so on. Why? Becase Firebase is focusing its strategy only for Big Companies, while the real and potential clients are the developers with low resources. I prefer to pay 25$/mo to Supabase knowing my limits and not "Pay-as-you-go" to Firebase. I'm a Firebase fan and I would like to apply or suggest to all my clients for therir webapps or mobile apps but it's impossible to work with something "no-established". I'm sorry Google & Firebase, but your strategy is very poor.
