Before I started Intermittent fasting, I couldn't imagine going without a meal without starving. I mean you have to eat to live, so how can I address my food addiction? It was such a freedom form the addiction of food for me. I did not do the steps you outline to changing my food, until more recently. However, I did lose 30 pounds in the initial 4 months I was fasting and met my goal.
