These seem like projects more rooted in the dreams of someone wealthy enough to build them but also not grounded enough to understand the realities and logistics of running these resorts. Many if not all of these will fail, and they’ll fail because there aren’t enough people with enough money to support them all in close enough proximity. I bet some will succeed, but not all. They’re giving too many choices and spreading themselves too thin. It leads to analysis paralysis on the side of consumers. These seem like the sets of movies, not places that could actually function. I think with the line, it’s too big too quickly and the debt service on that project will sink it before it really gets going. People choose to live in places because of family and jobs. It takes a lot for an entire family, grandparents, aunts, uncles…etc to move to a new unproven city. Most people who could afford to move, are well established where they are. It will take a long time to fill that city and by that time the debt service will sink the project. Having said that, if I didn’t have to travel so far, I’d love to stay at some of those places, they look incredibly cool.

I am only al-fakir & stupid. Saudi Arabia had been blessed by Allah to have Mecca & Madinah that are always packed with pilgrimages every year. They also have petrodollar incomes. Why didn't use their part of NEOM lands to accommodate the Palestinians who demand a land for themselves.

You do what you do ... Only the nature of Allah can impress us the originality of the space is crucial so once you try to change it it becomes a mistake with a lots of inequality between logique and design .
@adnaanu8 ай бұрын
Agreed. Also, the Quran tells us what happens whenever Arabs build tall buildings in the arabian peninsula. The people of Ad and Thamood also did the same.
@NarpromotionImmobilier8 ай бұрын
The problem is not in the design of we felt that it was inspired from the originality of space ... All the problem is that they be lost their identity try to copy another way of living ... On the other hand wasting money while millions of people of Gaza are starving is quiet inadequate for me as a person ... We learnt that being an architect means feel the humanity and try to simplify the humans life so ... May Allah guide everyone to be human first
