@@colin8477 The rich kid didn't bully his grandfather. The rich kid's comments were in confirmation of teen Axelrod being right. Do you wonder how much the kid knew of his grandfather's character to know Axe would be fired and lose the income he needed? Either way, the rich kid in the story is a kid. It can be argued that teen Axe was not compelling with his advice to rich grandfather and as a caddy it was Axe's job to do just that. Also, how would teen Axe engage in a compelling argument with rich grandfather, truth to power moments do not always go well. Axe went after the legacy; rich grandfather is dead and it was rich grandfather's fault teen Axe lost his job (removing the name from the building) Telling the story to these people is really just misdirection and very cruel anyone would have made the low ball offer based on the debt of the descendants and what they would accept. Axe really didn't need to make it personal those people were not personally invested in his grievance hence not that outraged. If Axe manipulated or discouraged other offers that is a grievance that would lead to a series of aggression to last for generations into eternity like Eve the snake and the garden of Eden. It wasn't justice. It was revenge, not worth it. Rich grandfather was a petty dick, and his descendants don't seem shrewd just entitled halfwits engaging with a gentleman that came up the hard way. If birds of a feather flock together why replace their name on a building when you could forego the association with the dick, the halfwits and their friends and get a better building. The scene is telling about Axe's character. Character. By Axe making it person he opens a whole karma situation with these people and it is his wife that contemplates how entitled their children are and if they can be as shrewd as Axe. Though mistakes happen it is better to go with good character as much as one can.
