Elway had Shannon Sharpe. Phillip Rivers had Antonio Gates. Tony Romo & Dez Bryant. Even nowadays Pat Mahomes HAS Travis Kelce. Brock has Kittle. Jared Goff has La Porta.. Every solid QB had that TE connection they could rely on often, and the Dawson Knox/Dalton Kincaid combo that the Bills have can be every bit as good as the TE's I've mentioned alongside Josh Allen.

@pandaborg24667 ай бұрын
@@corey2232 I think you have to realize that just because 2 qbs play well against eachother does not mean it is like that historically rivalry. The reason that rivalry was incredible was because of three main reasons. First it’s as nick said that manning was known for being the better qb but Brady was known for having the post season success no one else had and that’s what made not just there games against eachother incredible but the narrative behind their entire careers incredible. Another main reason was when you looked at there paths to football and see manning come from possibly the best football family and be drafted first overall while Brady came from out of no where and was drafted in the sixth round. Finally this is the best rivalry in football because of the longevity that came out of it and how it lasted longer than any other rivalry of this sort. In my final points I’m not saying Mahomes Allen cannot become like this rivalry but you have to give it time. It is way too early to call their rivalry to be even close to the best rivalry in the nfl. And that is fine they can have a rivalry that is amazing but that does not mean it has to be compared to Brady manning.

Yet Baker with a 1 over a minute with a chance to tie throws a horrible INT. It wasn't open. The only player open was the DB. It wasn't 4th down. If he throws it away, you get another throw. That's kind of been Baker his whole career. He'll have his struggle games. He'll have insanely hot games (last game). Then he'll have this game. 1 costly INT. And other that was just horrible. Look at his numbers and they were pretty good. The two INT killed him. Baker is a bit like Geno. He's not bad but he's never going to take you anywhere either because he'll have those team crushing turnovers. And just enough bad games during the year to keep your team in the wildcard and on the road in the playoffs.

I said this before the season and it stands more true than ever. Josh Allen is overhyped. His greatest accomplishment and only accolade is the Madden cover. He has no awards, statistics, or victories of note. Allen is best known for being a bad MVP bet and losing to Mahomes. He isn’t this generational QB media wants to act like he is.
@chadbinette32017 ай бұрын
The first int wasn't bakers fault , when a receiver bats the ball in the air and gets picked off that should be an error or something shouldn't be an int against the QB. I've always loved Mike Evans but he had a few drops in that game. Had some great plays but a few drops too. Lions played a clean game and barely got past Tampa 49ers are gonna smoke the lions , been a great story but it ends Sunday.

My main issue with Nick besides being insufferable. Is that no matter what he so biased towards the Chiefs that he consistently holds them to double standards that don’t apply to them and apply to everyone else. Even if the Allen and the Bills won he would discredit them. Even though he’s been wrong all year about many things.
@Salvadosal197 ай бұрын
Cause they’re reigning Super Bowl Champs. Yes, it is over the top, dramatic and entertaining sometimes even as a Chiefs fan. But at the end of the day, Bills lost. When Chiefs lost to Bengals in AFC champ game, they lost. No what’s, ifs or buts about it. Come back next year and play harder. And maybe defeat Mahomes in playoffs 😂

Injuries caused McDermott to fake punt on their own 30 playing Patrick fricken Mahomes? The bills players and coach choked all over themselves in this game. For every great Josh Allen play there is a head scratcher , throwing balls into coverage or setting his receivers up to get melted by defenders. Even the final minutes taking shots at the end zone instead of running the ball and killing clock to atleast tie the game.

I hate how Nick STILL doesn't get why the Bills changed offensive coordinator and that it made them all better. It is GOOD that the entire game wasn't on Josh's shoulders. He doesn't have to take over games, which he can still do by the way. It was all about them being either boom or bust because Ken Dorsey refused to run the ball. They NEVER got field goals before Joe Brady took over because they would always stall out. Brett Kollmann here on KZbin has an excellent video on it.

I believe that Mahomes and Allen are both incredible, top tier talent, honestly I think Allen is a little bit more capable in raw physical talent. However, Mahomes has Andy Reid to bring an unbelievable level of synergy and consistency. Allen almost found that with Brian Daboll, but almost surely will never see that under McDermott. Allen might have a Stafford Detroit type career where he doesn't see real success (Super Bowl), and leaves in the later years and has a rejuvenation under a different coach and coaching structure.
