Sean is easily the 2nd best coach the Bills have EVER had. You think the Pegulas with their track record could do better. You want Rex Ryan or someone like the Sabres coaches that he hired? Sean beats Bilichik consistently. Without Tom Brady, Bill couldn’t win consistently.

Josh’s arm was hurt again on Razzle Dazzle, why he is inaccurate this week. Look back two years ago and the same thing happened. Needs to slow down his throws to increase the accuracy. Josh is a bit stubborn that he isn’t doing this!!!

This is EXACTLY why I said all summer, when everyone was saying the Jets were winning the SB, that theyll be 3rd at best! Saleh was the 1st issue! The 2nd, Rodgers! No QB plan after your 40 yr old QB tears an Achilles after 3 snaps! For the Bills.... Seriously people! We wete pegged to finish 3rd in our division!!!!!!! Were gonna win it outright! Before giving McDermott much credit for "breaking the drought" it's important to note that The Bills barely, and I mean BARELY backed their way into those playoffs and are rated as one of the worst teams EVER to make the playoffs. And then they got thoroughly humiliated, scoring three, yes THREE points.

We’re the only team besides KC to be in the playoffs and win a playoff game each of the last four years. The Pegulas are horrible at hiring coaches. You want another Rex Ryan or the equivalent of what the Sabres have had for a decade? 28 teams would hire Sean over the guy they have right now. He wins. He develops talent. He replaces his staff as they get poached by other teams with new guys that continue to field teams that play at high level. It’s an early season slump with a ton of turnover that was necessary. They still have a winning record. He needs to fix his end of game management skills but besides that he’s easily one of the best coaches in the NFL and at least the 2nd best coach the Bills have EVER had.

Honestly, we have like 3 slot guys lol. We need to cut some fat. How can we have 12 personnel if we have Khalil? How do you put Kincaid in the slot if we have Khalil? We can't put Khalil on the outside....we just have to really figure out how to utilize the personnel better. We need to figure out how to pass out of 12. I think our standard 12 package should be kincaid, knox, keon, and khalil where we run the ball north. The other package be keon and hollins and we do zone runs. When we run 11, put in curtis, keon, and khalil and have kincaid and knox share that spot. I love hollins and curtis but we never should have gotten curtis because we have Khalil....Right now we shold have khalil heal up but have curtis in his role. Stop these gadget plays with curtis. Use him as a WR1/WR2. But against the Jets, I want to see 2 TEs on the field 80% of the time

Wow. I thought he was their best coach in decades. Just a piece or two from giving the NFL everything they could handle. Granted they’ve had a disappointing year. Last year went off the rails five plays into it when Aaron was hurt. The season is over whenever you do this, so why? Anyway, good news for the Bills. Maybe they’ll gift some of their talent that doesn’t match the next guy’s scheme and rebuild.

Funny how no one mentions holding Beane accountable? He put together this weak WR room. He brought in the disastrous, girl friend battering Miller contract. Dawson Knox making $15M a year and has 30 yards and is a non-factor!! Kincaid looks like a mid-level TE, NOT a #1 pick! Elam is a #1 bust. Taking a $32M dead cap hit on Diggs looks idiotic. I'd rather have Diggs diva act, than Curtis Samuels 50 yards!! All this team has is ALLEN, and he's getting beat up weekly. This is at best a 9 win team... Period. Beane sucks.

@@rossmurdock4590 We’ll see how this ages. I was a critic of Brandon initially too. He had brought in about 30 useless players from the Panthers and I believe one was a contributor. However, since then he’s scouted the rest of the league and has been ok in free agency. His draft picks are mostly good. Elam isn’t really a bust. He was a square peg in a round hole initially as he’s a man cover CB but he’s learned the position. Problem is he’s behind two guys that are playing very well. Joe Brady needs to figure out a few things as he isn’t finding appropriate ways to use some players (notably Knox and Samuels). He also needs to scheme players open. Kincaid has been triple covered by some defenses which reflects the lack respect opponents have for our WRs. Diggs was done in Buffalo. He stopped playing hard and wasn’t going to run hard on any plays unless he was the intended target. At the time of his contract renewal, he was already having the best four years any WR has had in a Bills uniform. Eating $32 million is worse than it sounds as we were already going to pay him all but $3 mil of it this year anyway. Getting a 2nd round pick was impressive. Over the last 12 games - especially the loss to KC - he didn’t show up at all. He had to go. Khalil had 60 fewer targets over that span and had more receiving yards!!! He’s a head case and I didn’t agree on that trade as it was well before the draft and there was no way of seeing who was available, which it turned out in hindsight to be a better WR. His best years were with Josh and still Justin Jefferson was an even better player catching from the QB that failed to give Diggs better stats. Justin with Josh would have been insane and insanely expensive going forward. Regardless they got good production from him most the time and got compensation back from him with the trade. Vonn will be gone next year. When the trade happened he was healthy, very capable and it proceeded the domestic abuse. I’m glad you feel that way as there’s no place for that on the team. We’re not Browns, Raiders or Dallas Convict fans. This team will win the division. All of the injured players should be healthy for the playoffs. The team has a couple months to figure out the offensive issues. When this happens, they’re poised to take out any team in the NFL - even the Ravens and Chiefs. The Ravens game was horrible from both offensive and defensive coordinators. They put the players in positions that they couldn’t win (light boxes with light players - Cam Lewis’ and Damar Hamlin’s combined weight is in the neighborhood of the Ravens FB - against a heavy run 1st offense that nullified Ed’s penetration style with wham blocks). They won’t make that mistake again. Yet they almost came back in both of those games that were so poorly coached by their young coordinators and backup players. Just give this some time. An early wake up call while still having a winning record is really good medicine for this young team to focus even harder on everything that needs to be fixed. Lastly, give Brandon some props. He’s gotten extremely good production from most of his picks. Props to Sean too as they developed players better than just about any staff in history.
