One thing you don’t understand about Tyler Bass is that he is a marginally excellent kicker from distance, which means that he’s usually very consistent, especially indoors. The other thing is that Highmark Stadium is not an indoor stadium, and because the way the stadium was designed when chance to develop down at the entrance by the tunnel and swirls around the goal post. It’s bad enough for a kicker to be in his own head. When the crunch time is down and you know there’s a last resort for the team, that is a lot of pressure to be under. A couple that with everybody comparing him to Scott Norwood, which is the most unfair judgment of all because Scott Norwood also was an excellent kicker in fact, if it hadn’t been for him the bills that never would’ve gotten to the Super Bowls that they did go to. Between Sam Martin and Tyler Bass I would choose Tyler Bass in a clutch any day of the week.

Dude , it’s 4 reg season games in a row. Only lost in playoffs because lbs were literally off the street due to injury. Then bass goes into a funk and missed xps and fgs. This year they are going to be healthy. Winning ugly games, but winning. Chiefs lack deep Tatar and talent this year. If the d line keeps getting pressure , turnovers , the chiefs are lacking break away speed. Mahomes turning it over at high rate. Remember this wa with Coleman and. Kincaude and Milano all still out.
