Get a ARP crank bolt. There cheap and reuseable unlike the factory ones.

One question: We torque the rocker arms to 22 lbft. When we want to take them off we have to apply 100lbft or so. Any explanation?

Not the correct way to tighten rockers. That’s how you fuck the threads up on the rocker pedestals

BS! You’re not going to mess up any threads. There are over 10 threads in the hole by the time it gets any tension on the bolt head with the valve open. Just bc you read something doesn’t mean that’s the only way to do it.
