1SG, went to the 6 board today and passed with flying colors. I followed the 2 minute drill to a T and it was vvery beneficial. I said the Creeds with genuineness and loud and you could see the board member getting motivated. I knew the answers to most of the questions but your videos definitely gave me the confidence to go in there and speak with conviction. 107 days sober and things are falling into place. I appreciate your videos, and going forward they will be the standard for all my Soldiers.

1SG what study guide would you recommend. Our BN’s promotion board is in about a week. I really want to knock the boards socks off this is my 3rd time going to the board. I nailed the creed on the last board, but got tripped up on a couple of the questions.

respectfully requesting an appropriate response to the question “How do you help facilitate meeting the commander's intent”? (A SSG in my platoon said --- To reference ADP 6-0 where you could find the definition of the commander's intent). But I know that facilitate means to pass it on to subordinates. I would say that I would pass on the commander's intent to my squad If I am a SGT and squad leader, then tell them what our mission orders are as a squad to contribute to the desired outcome. The SSG said I was overthinking it.
