Was Lucky to see Billy on this tour. The lad on keys was brilliant. Billy gave him a lot of praise and blamed any mistakes on himself rather than the talented lad. British societyu wouldnt be the same without him ,nevermind music. One of the nicest blokes in music up there with Jonny Marr.

I'd love to know how many verses he's written for this song over the years based on world events or current social trends

I’m pleased he sang mostly the original lyrics. The ‘updated’ versions have been somewhat cringey.

No need for a dig at jk rowling Billy. People aren't listening to the reasonable things she's saying.

@@billygough3636 oh dear you're at that level. Men defining what a woman is, men saying what rights women should give up, men deciding that the safety of women and girls is less important than trans peoples' feelings. I've lost respect for Billy if he's aligned with people making death threats at jk rowling.

@@emilydavison2053 Agree it's disgusting the path the left is taking very dangerous.
@eilrahc__ Жыл бұрын
@@emilydavison2053 The rhetoric against trans people pushed by the likes of JK Rowling is the same as the scaremongering against homosexuals from the right in the eighties; the far right is heavily supportive of the gender critical movement and its talking heads. The left didn't spend decades standing against that kind of bigotry and prejudice just to have it get another acceptable face in the form of transphobia. The sooner you and other gender critical activists realise you're being grifted by the right, the better.
