That would be "Billy Shears" for The Beatles/Sgt. Pepper's. "Billy Shears" was also a made up name for Paul McCartney during the "Paul Is Dead " rumors of 1969; He was assumed to have been killed in a November 1966 car accident and supposedly replaced by a look-a-like imposter named William Campbell Shears. It was all a hoax, Billy Shears is just a myth (like bigfoot) and Paul really had a small moped accident in 1966, in which he cut his lip. He grew a mustache shortly afterward for a few months to cover up his scar. It was this transformation in late 1966/early 1967 with Paul's new look that the "Billy Shears" myth was born. This "Billy Chears" sounds like a black disco singer from around 1977-78 with a similar sounding name who put out this rare and collectible disco record.
