Watching this interview you can certainly see the early signs of his Parkinsons disease. There may not be shaking of the hand, but the constant stare is a giveaway. Billy does not blink much during this interview, one of the early symptoms.

Jesus, he holds himself very much like Ozzy Osborne does - as if a young man is trying desperately to burst out of an old man's body. Uncomfortable in his own skin. Since I was a wee boy this man has been my idol. How heavily his demons weigh upon him, yet with such grace and good humour he bears them.

Well, he wasn't trying to be funny here, he was not doing stand up, he was in an interview. Also, he is 75 years old, and been working since he was 15. He was also in the military as a parachute jumper. Done a lot of great things.
