Start off with one ball. Keep hands down near waist. Aim the ball about forehead level, concentrate on the toss, don't think about the catch for a while., keep your hands down, let the ball come down to your hand, don't go up after it. Eventually the ball will roll off the ends of your fingers. Slow and smooth for a couple of accumulated hours. Don't hold your breath. Then for two days practice with two balls. When the first ball reaches the top of its arc near your forehead, toss the second, aiming for the same spot. Don't focus on the catch, indeed just let it fall - - as you perfect your toss, the balls will eventually land close enough to the hand, for an easy grasp. Keep hands down and eyes up, to top of the arc. Practice facing close to a wall, if you have difficulty keeping the arc in the plane close to you. Alternate which hand starts. After a couple of days, juggling with three is the same as juggling with two, you just begin with two in one hand. Alternate which hand starts.
