Every time I hear this song I cry, yet it's still my favorite song. It reminds me of this past summer, which was the best 4 months of my entire life. It reminds me of the fair, of staying up until 2 AM playing this on my guitar, and most importantly, of him. My first love, my summer love. This gave me butterflies and the most amazing feeling, because it reminded me of him so much, of how I felt about him. I've moved on now, I realized our spark went out, but I miss how we were so mich it hurts

I absolutely love this song. Just yesterday I met a soldier face to face for the first time who I came to know through my cousin a year and a half ago. He and my cousin are in the same Airborne Division @ FT. Bragg in NC. Up until last night I had only skyped, text, and facebooked with "Joe". Last night we only got to hang out for a little over an hour but it was absolutely perfect. It felt like I had known him my whole life. Distance really does affect your emotions for someone.

my mom dedicated this song to her boyfriend. then a week ago he passed away.he was only 33 and he was in a coma for a year cuz of a motorcycle accident. we were on our way to his memorial a couple of days ago and this song cam on the radio. tears was falling from her eyes. she turned to me and said " I think this is a sign from him. He is telling me that it's gonna be alright " she smiled and wiped her tear streaked face :)
