The cast of Billy Elliot performs "Shine" during the Broadway on Broadway event at Times Square, NYC, on 13 Sept. 2009. Haydn Gwynne (Mrs. Wilkinson), Tommy Batchelor (Billy Elliot), Thommie Retter (Mr. Braithwaite), and the fabulous Ballet Girls.

I absolutely love Haydn Gwynne, I wouldve seen Billy Elliot just to see and meet her! She is FABULOUS!!!!! And love this song, especially the last few notes!

This was a special access seating area. However, I was told that the crowd was already at a few thousand by 8am

It's almost better to get there two hours before the start time. The crowds aren't as big and you get to see the sound tests. The casts do the same thing they will be doing during the performance. But beware, there can be long gaps where nothing is happening. I think maybe it started at 11:00, but there were things happening from 9:00 on.

Why do people question me? The Whylands are not there. And I said it has all of the new BGs, not all new BGs. I was specific enough for someone next to normal to get what I was saying.

GUys if it was whylands girls were there, person in yellow shirt, her hair will be braided, not two pony tails. Check the scenes they did for each billy. Check Macy Parade 2009, Shine video, tell me difference of those Debbies.

I agree with radiants. I am trying to decide if I may like Kate Hennig better than Haydn. Hmm... As for Tommy, what a talent! Chicago is lucky!

I'm sorry, but you're wrong. If you had eyes you could see that the new Debbie, Tracey Atkinson and Keely Gibson are in this. That is who I am referring to.
