I love Billy and he’s one of my main influences on my guitar playing. I’ve followed the band since the mid 70’s. Billy can do anything but this song sounded like shit. Someone said like a bad pub band. If my band ever sounded like that at a gig, we would never get another gig there!

As a guitarist and someone who has professionally worked with ZzTop, Billy Gibbons does not mime his guitar. Just because you can't up down pick a basic E major chord doesn't mean that Billy Gibbons can't. That song is 3 chords and any beginner could play it in the 1st week of lessons.
