We owned the hurricane x3 with 23 hp , head gasket failure on right side head 5 times . Sold it went to z3000 with 35 hp lots of problems with parking linkage, one of valve seats popped out on right cylinder head with 100 hrs. I believe the exhaust needs to be redesigned, pipes are to close to fan housings, holding to much heat causing head problems. also never had luck with Briggs and Stratton engines.
