"Storm In The Heartland" is one of my favorite Billy Ray albums. It's got some dynamic songs. Its predecessor is also one of my favorites, but nothing like "Storm In The Heartland". Has more songs than either of its prior ones. I find it to be one of Billy Ray Cyrus' most intriguing efforts ever.

I know it; it's a bummer this song only peaked at #33 on the country charts! Billy Ray is very underrated; most people only think of him as the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer, but they should look up more of his hits, and realize how great his songs and voice are! He's way more than just a "one hit wonder" to me!
