Older people say that they don't make music or musicians like they used to. That's bullshit lol. Billy is one of, if not THE greatest to ever pick up an acoustic guitar. In turmoil and tinfoil, both versions I can't decide which is my favourite tbh, but the black and white one where Billy and the mandolin player start doing some deliverance style dueling of the banjos shit, then proceeds to absolutely shred/rock like he's playing an electric guitar lol never seen ANYONE else play an acoustic in that way

I lost my uncle about a month to covid. He’s was like a father to me. My dad was in prison growing up and my uncle took his place. My uncle was a huge deadhead and we used to stay up late and listen to them all night. This was my favorite song by them. I’m glad billy did this song

That is such a great tune to chose. It sounds pretty good with a Nashville tuned guitar with a walk down to the that em minor from the g. It's hard to pick a key or register to play it in. I guess they is a testament to the strength of the song. Nice version. I love. I like everything I've heard you do.
