Me and my gal got to see the second night of this show! It was fantastic. I first saw Billy at Delfest on the small stage when he was still in the trio. My banjo player called and said "you have to come down and see this kid" so me and my bass player trucked down to check him out. Us three were like "he'll definitely be on the big stage next year" and my banjo players husband was like "this kid is nothing special....he ain't going anywhere..." Well, boy was he wrong, and we were right but never realized he was going to become such a stellar and well rounded musician. For someone like me who's been in punk rock bands in the 80s to bluegrass bands both trad and now progressive, he is a breath of fresh air and a very special musician who defies labels. Others have said don't miss a show if you have a chance to see him (and his awesome band).....listen to them! You won't be disappointed. You'll be blown away.

Yeah man. This cat has been uplifting my soul for several years now and while I will lament the lack of more intimate venues, if y'all don't have nugs yet, get it, you can livestream and watch almost every damn BMFS show if you can tune in at showtime (or for a few days after). Plus, many other great bands AND tons of archived great audio. It's worth every nickel.

Can't beat Billy's deal on Nugs! I live stream all of his concerts that he provides to his fans for no extra charge beyond the Nugs subscription price. Billy appears to offer his live streams for all of the concerts that he has total control over. The guy is really good to his fans!!!

Just got back to our hotel in Wenachee, we just saw Billy at the Gorge with Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Festival. Billy was fantastic, his band are all meld to perfection. Billy could only one night appearing w the Outlaw Festival, at The Gorge, the natural Ampitheater is superb and Willie, Billy together was a treat!! Thanks for the Fish 🎣

Hard to watch this video and not see Ronnie Van Zandt. Same energy, same passion for sharing music with people, wants to bring his best, doesn't much care what you think or what Nashville wants, if he wasn't there he would want to be fishing. Miss Ronnie. Billy gives us a piece of him

I don’t see him coming back here for a few years the last 2 didn’t sell out- to be fair it was extremely cold, it was one of the 1 ticket 2 nights, he goes to St college it’s gonna sell out? We need a better venue than the Pete. I don’t care for it🤷‍♂️ These were great I’d rather travel 3hrs than be on that hill😂 either way I always stay in a hotel cuz they’re fun😂🙏✌️
