Taken from the forthcoming 2021 release, Highway Butterfly: The Songs Of Neal Casal. This double CD/triple album vinyl is being co-produced by Widespread Panic's Dave Schools and 7-time Grammy-Winner Jim Scott and features almost 30 artists covering Neal's songs.
The Neal Casal Music Foundation (NCMF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Our foundation will provide music instruments and lessons to students in New Jersey and New York state schools where Neal was born and raised, as well as, make donations to much needed mental health organizations that support musicians in need.

Billy never ceases to amaze me as to what a wonderful soul he is. He never has anything bad to say about another musician. Generous especially on stage, Never trying to steal the show. Billy seemingly has an encyclopedic knowledge of all sorts of players. He is both student and teacher. I need to meet this man! What humility!

He was a wonderfully kind man. Always took time for his fans, never a bad word, and his guitar playing was so sensitive. Got to be friends with him a few years ago, and seeing him perform and talking with him before or after shows was the highlight of my life.
