If you're gonna delve into the classics, you may as well check out Trooper and April Wine while you're at it.

So, I have a story. I know anybody can write anything on the internet nowadays but I just need to leave this comment. It was 2018, I used to listen Billy Talent a lot in my car. I had just left my sister at her place after coming back from our family and was driving alone to get home at 2 in the morning. There were three lanes on this long boulevard and next to it we have a canal. It's called the Dambovita canal in Bucharest, Romania. You can google the place there's also a large adandoned building which stands today as a national landmark called Casa Radio. There it happened. So as I said, three lanes. I am on the left one. I am allowed to go forward or left in the next junction. There's this guy in front of me about 100 meters away driving on the middle lane. He's only allowed to drive forward on that lane and I know and expect he will. I am driving rather fast. He doesn't go forward as I expected, he slows down suddenly. He probably forgot he had to get somewhere, pulls the whell in the junction where a low brigde is crossing the canal. Places his car right in front of my way. I cannot react quickly enough, I pull the wheel as well to the left to avoid him. Billy Talent, PRECISELY this song, Crooked Minds, is playing in the speakers. It had just started a few moments ago. I hit the brakes as hard as I could, wheel screech, but the car doesn't stop. Adrenaline kicks in, I have no emotion. I am simply conscious as I hit the curb on the corner side of the bridge. There is no fencing, wall, nothing. There used to be. I realised later somebody had a similar accident before in the same place as I had. At exactly 0:27 seconds of this song I am floating in the air. The windshield had shattered from hitting the curb. I can feel bits of it floating towards me in an eerie slowmotion sensation. Impact isn't strong enough to engage airbags so I can see everything as I hit the water in the canal. I cannot swim. Song abruptly stops after the engine dies. I cannot open the doors in the water. The pressure is holding me closed inside the car as it starts to slowly fill. In an almost comical moment I press down the button to roll down the windows. Car's electric didn't shortcircuit right away so thanfully they open..slowly, as I patiently wait. I remember I need my wallet where I have my ID. My phone too. I grab them from under my seat. I grab them out of the cold water inside. I climb out of the car and on top of it. I relax for a moment while realise I am well and alive. I lay down on my back on the top of the car and look up to the sky. The stars shone brightly that night. My meditation stops shortly after I realise the car is still sinking and it starts to incline from the engine down since it is the heaviest. I realise I am still in danger because I cannot swim. This is when I start to panic. One guy is filming me from the side of the road using a f.ucking Ipad. I instantly get mad and desperate as I start yelling at people gathering around that they should try to help me, not let me die while filming. Somebody yells back at me to stay calm because he knows this part of the canal is not as deep as others and if I manage to stay on top of the car as it sinks I won't fully go down. I have no other option but to trust him. The car slowly sinks as I wait for help to come. I go down up to my torso. I later realise it would've been too dangerous for somebody on the side to swim to me and get me.The freezing temperatures didn't help either. Firefighters eventually arrived at the scene. What followed was just comical. They deployed an inflatable boat and came to get me. While the car sank and it filled with water the air pressure inside the car broke the trunk open and my luggage started flowing. I had grabed it at some point and held onto it until they came to get me. So when they pulled the boat next to me the first thing I did was load my luggage inside as if I was casually embarking a train. There was an ambulance next to the road where they took me. The ambulance drove about 200 meters forward and then crossed the road on the other side. I had had the accident right in front of the hospital. I was so lucky I had no injury in any way apart from psychological trauma. The guy who cut the lane in front of me wasn't drunk and neither was I. He was simply a bit tired from work. Nobody was hurt. He only lost his driving licence. I will always look back to this event in my life. It made me be so much more grateful for everything that I have. This song still gives me chills like no other song ever will.

Not gonna happen unfortunately, as it is always the case for bands like Billy Talent, they'll just be remembered as the guys from "fallen leaves" or "red flag"... A shame really, but honestly I'm glad the few people that listen to this like it!

This song never gets old! Don't know why, but I always see the Lannisters from GoT when I hear this.. As if Tywin is talking about his children ruining the legacy he built.
