Hi, make sure it's charging. Press the button three times in a row, then wait for about 5-6 seconds.

Billy Says it has been wet by water a few times like with a hose, taken into the shower for a few secs and been splashed so I think that might have something to do with it

Steven Universe Yep, my first Fitbit acted like that when started wearing them in shower a lot. Now, I make sure not to let it get near me the water.
