The animated versions are great, but watching the full thing with choreo and seeing the facial expressions it does hit different, if you think these are good the stage version on Disney+ will blow you away! (No pun intended for those who have seen it)

It's funny because when I was a kid school(im 34 now) I had such trouble memorizing things for tests and such but, I can learn an entire album after one listen. Nobody understood how.

While the animatics are good, in my opinion the live version is much, much better. The choreography is incredible. I also believe that the singing is better in the live version than the studio album. There are clips on KZbin if you don't have a Disney+ subscription.

Oh man, I agree about the singing being better in the live version, but mostly with emotional delivery being better. I think because the actors are more in-character in the moments and interacting with each other so the emotion comes across much better, rather than in a recording studio.

The phenomenon of thinking this song is your favorite until you hear the next one is quite common among Hamilfans. 😊 Then there are a few that I didn't like the first time through that have grown on me through repeated exposure... And yes, some of the lyrics get surprisingly deep; especially in the second act.

I you haven't watched the movie from Disney+ yet, it would be great to see you reaction. You could honestly put it on either or both of your channels honestly since it's both music and a movie.
