Bimalleolar/Ankle Fractures: Some Tips to Avoid Malalignment

The incidence of malreduction in malleolar fractures can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the fracture, the experience of the surgeon, and the type of treatment used. Generally, malreduction rates for malleolar fractures can range from around 10% to 30%.
The current video touches some important points which we tend to miss intraoperatively while fixing these fractures.
