This is my neck of the woods, good to see you coming down here. Even though I bear a real grudge against Beeching it's a pleasant walk/cycle. Just for some info during the 1984 Miners Strike Glasson was a scab port.

Great Bimble. I've only just noticed that if you drop the M from Bimble, it becomes Bible. No wonder you like churches ! ! ! Many years ago I had a trip to Glasson Dock, so it was great to see it again. Looking forward to the next Bimble.
