Bimstyle training

I've been working on nospin Bimstyle for about 6 months at this time. Thanks to my mentor Bimo Sekti Kuncoro for all his help. it's very difficult at first only because it's so different. Bim stands for boost in momentum. it's a very natural way to throw but unnatural feeling at first. The power comes from the circle motion your arms go through during the throw. so the more relaxed you can keep your arm the easier it rotates to create power to propel the knife forward. This is a demonstration of how far I've come.

I am amazed at the very beautiful throw and very accurate hit. I would appreciate it if you could give us a video focusing on the hands, or more specifically the fingers, if possible.

Agreed. This style should look very interesting in slo-mo, as the knives are rotating 180°, even though some would call it a 'no-spin' style. It's very interesting. 👍👍
