Will oven temperature and baking time be different if i bake in a glass tin or glass oven dish?

First of all I will not recommend glass baking tray for cake; because glass do not heat evenly like aluminium mould will do. And secondly, most of the times In a glass baking tray; center of the cake remains uncooked. And suppose you keep for baking longer time than sides of the cake gets very hard and dry.

Hello! I tried the recipe, the cake is mind-blowing. I tweaked the recipe a bit and added 4 teaspoons of coffee. Also instead of waiting for an hour for dates to soak in the milk. I microwaved the dates in milk for 3 min and let it sit for 10 min. Thanks so much for this amazing recipe. ❤

Nice recipe but first slice of any cake or bread is not that soft , it's always better to show slices from middle of the cake or bread that gives actual clarity of a recipe being soft, moist ,goey spongy and how well cooked it is ? That do right justice with the dish. Also show the slice by picking n breaking from within that shows how airy n fluffy texture of the cake or muffin or any such baked dish is. Like in the video u just sliced once n whole cake was lying on the platter it isn't doing justice with the hard work u did. Hope u will understand what I mean here. 😊😊 Color of the cake is just perfect that reddish brown color which mostly we get when Dutch Process Cocoa Powder is added it makes Cakes look so rich n yummy. Will that much dates be good enough to sweeten the dish as we're adding unsweetened cocoa powder ?😊😊 Wheat flour u have used here is Packet one or which we get from Atta Chakki ?

Thanks. Cake was absolutely soft and we had it for next 3-4 days actually. When you put baking soda and baking powder and cake rises from 3/4 level to top of the container with an arc; the bakers will understand that it’s soft and spongy. Besides this is walnut Choco chips cake it has a lot of texture and layers within layers when you eat it. Thanks for your suggestion perhaps if I was making certain other type of vanilla or chocolate cake it would have made sense to show by pressing cake ; though I also don’t want to mislead viewers by pressing cake from all sides as there is difference between banana walnut cake and regular sponge cakes. Here the hero is the unique recipe - no sugar, no butter, no Maida - and viewers are expected to understand that when the cake rises it is soft and spongy
