It's amazing that you make this apartment look simple, yet stylish! I think the bump in and outs make the layout look interesting. Yeap this is more of a townhouse with separate entries to their own units, complete with a yard. I have done a couple of these in my builds, I tend to do traditional than modern.

I've barely played with apartments at all, but I plan to have some in the hood I'm building now because some of it is quite densely urban. I'm going ultra-modern, extra colorful with it. 😁

I can't wait to see you build homes for bin sims. I recently started to build separate hood for bin sims (inspired greatly by your community lot builds, so thank you❤) Ottomas family was a challenge to build for: such a huge family wth very low budget, but I managed to build them a house I found fitting for a story I made for them (also sorry I do not reply to your replies to my comments on your older videos... I just completely forget to by accident... )
